What to expect when you connect.
Does BlueRidge Data ever see my Blackbaud password?
No. OAuth keeps your credentials with Blackbaud. We only ever receive a scoped, revocable access token — never your username or password.
Which Blackbaud products are supported?
We connect through the Blackbaud SKY API, which covers Raiser's Edge NXT, Financial Edge NXT, Blackbaud CRM, and other modern Blackbaud solutions.
How quickly will I see enriched data?
Most institutions see initial enrichment results within 24–48 hours of connection, with ongoing daily updates after that.
How do I disconnect later?
Visit your BlueRidge Data dashboard and choose Disconnect Blackbaud, or revoke the token directly inside Blackbaud's authorized applications screen. Either action takes effect immediately.
